Urkans gain the "Tremors" Army Action, producing long distance Siege Damage


An Urkan Training made available by controlling Kazar, Chaka, and Fakir. Requires 35 of a random Tier 3 Luxury Resource to unlock. Unlocks the "Tremors" Army Action for all Urkans, which allows them to deal large amounts of Fortification Damage FortificationDamage.png to a City from anywhere in the City's Region. Note that using Tremors doesn't put a siege on the affected City, and so doesn't reduce FIDSI, stop Trade Routes, or cause any of the other effects that occur during a Siege.

Careful training by skilled beast-masters allows the Urkans to coordinate earth-shattering 'blows' that superpose over each other, producing long-distance attacks on fortifications.
