The Ring of Unnatural Hunger is a unique ring that is received as a reward for completing the lore quest "A Tale from the Dark Season". The Hero Samhane Haligtide - received by completing the same quest - has the ring equipped by default. There is also a small chance to receive it as a reward for searching Unspoiled Ruins after reaching Era II.
