The Valiant Lightning is a unique crossbow that is received as a reward for completing the side quest "Manual Labor". There is also a small chance to receive it as a reward for searching Unspoiled Ruins.
Lore
The crossbow was named by a Vaulter Marine after a long running battle with Delvers for control of underground Endless ruins in Utharan. The weapon seems to have been gaining accuracy and power ever since.
